Love the site! from B.I.G Divorce Parties http://www.bastardisgone.com and http://www.bitchisgone.com
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am old enough to be your mother and have been divorced for 12 (count’em, 12) years which is now (finally) longer than I was married but NOT longer than I was in marriage counseling and we made some mediocre therapists VERY RICH and now I am a mental health nurse. Hmm. The first thing I did was buy five different kinds of cheese, the VERY FIRST DAY I moved into my a-frame winter rental.
I hope you had great cheese and wine to go with it to celebrate your freedom! Congrats!
You’re very welcome. Your love of cheese tells us that no matter what our age difference may be, you are a kindred spirit.
So tell me how do i get over of my ex girl ? I have try everything but still feeling empty
Get a new one, a prettier one, a richer one and someone who will love you, honor you and cherish you.
As the previous poster said, thank you thank you thank you.In the final stages of mediation right now and this site just MADE MY DAY. I love my new apartment, even though it took me 4 hours to put up the curtains, and I think I’ve already found my first new cat….Please keep up the great work.
Thank YOU. And congratulations on your new life! New curtains/textiles are an excellent start. Just wait until you get to installing light fixtures. You’ll be unstoppable! We will keep blogging because of smart and beautiful people like you.
On thanksgiving day was my 1 year divorce anniversary. I got divorce at 26 and for some random reason i found your blog and loved it. While i was going through my divorce all I wanted to do was have a blog where I can vent but my concern was being judged. Now that I have read yours I might start writing one just because I feel like I have learned so much, from my marriage, divorce, my ex and myself. Great job with your blog!
Hey Just wanted to give you a shout out from another girl who was divorced by 26 and now pushing 30 with no children of my own. FREEDOM. Marrying someone young and having limited life experience was my downfall. Finally recognizing abuse as more than just “running into a doorknob” was what got me the strength to find a new life for myself! I’m not ashamed of my past, I roll with the punches and laugh and learn through this process! Plus, having a new boyfriend whom is absolutely wonderful, doting and a hell of a lot cuter sure helps! Peace!
im techinically not divorced yet cause i cant afford to lol but i wanted to be part of this anyway ive learnt alot like what i want… and expecially what i dont want lol
